Social Enterprise Kent is a partnership of different organisations working together. Each partner has signed up to the Social Enterprise Kent charter; "Improving Lives, Supporting Enterprise."

Social Enterprise Kent

Social Enterprise Kent, formerly known as Enterprising Opportunities Community Interest Company (CIC) is governed by a Board of Directors which has three non-executive members, who work on a voluntary basis, and three executive members who are employed by Social Enterprise Kent. The Board expertise includes finance, personnel, health and social care sector, running small businesses, and working with all three sectors (Public, Private, Third).

The Board meets 10 times a year and is responsible for the overall strategy and governance of Social Enterprise Kent. Social Enterprise Kent is a company limited by guarantee (registration number 1937728) and is an Asset Locked Body with registered charity, Kent Enterprise Trust. Surplus profits are donated via Gift Aid to Kent Enterprise Trust. Social Enterprise Kent is an independent organisation with no owners, although it works very closely with its partners in the community.

All Seasons (Kent) Ltd

All seasons (Kent) Ltd (registration number 06136630) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Social Enterprise Kent. It has three Board directors.
